Session Types: Coaching & Producing
Think of coaching like going to a personal trainer for fitness- only this time, we’re targeting a very small area of the body. We’ll exercise safely and efficiently to improve strength, flexibility, agility, and stamina.
Production focuses more on immediate and targeted results in preparation for recording sessions and/or performances. Less exercise, more application of skills and creating the plan of attack.
